It was our pleasure to open the winter edition of the IZA-IOS seminar in Regensburg with a presentation on the car ownership and the use of mobility services in Central and Eastern Europe. The study benefited from discussing how the legacy of communist institutions might have affected attitudes and behaviours related to sustainable transition with the experts on formerly Soviet countries.
